Creating a site strategy
Define your strategy in detail and as clearly as possible. And fulfill your goals using it.
for example: create an useful site, explaining the details of the internet marketing, providing a better content, options, funcionality and options for discussion. Make sure, that every page on your site corresponds to your strategy.
The index should be intriguing and wellcoming the user. The articles should be detailed, easy to assimilate. The advertises should not bother the users, the menu should be comfortable and so on.
If you plan on income mainly from PPC Advertising, it is a good to match your link colour with the adsense link colour, some even put Adsense within the text, thus confusing the visitor that these links are part of the article or other site content.
Be sure you balance: your goals, the needs and tastes of the users, the competition strong points and weaknesses and your personal resources.
